WIM: Finished Concept!

The finished concept for my city (final_final_final_final_010.jpg). Now I feel better that it can be still image, because this motion effect was just... so ridiculously hard to get right. I like it like this too, but  was afraid nobody would understand that it's city in 'movement'.

    I wouldn't worry about people thinking it's not in movement, when I look at it I think it feels very lively ^_^
